The UCSC Board, meets monthly as described in an annual schedule of Board meetings. In compliance with the Brown Act, not later than 72 hours prior to a regular meeting and not later than 24 hours prior to a special meeting, the Superintendent or designee shall provide notice of the time and place of the meeting, and the agenda shall be posted on the UCSC’s website and provided to all Board members and those persons or entities who have previously requested notice of such meetings.

All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public except Closed Sessions, as authorized by law. The UCSC Board will continue to meet to discuss and take action on items related to personnel, budget and finance, policies and regulations, and all other business related to the operation of the charter school.

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, if you need special assistance to access the Board meeting room, to access written documents being discussed at the Board meeting, or to otherwise participate at Board meetings, please contact the Superintendent, at (916) 752-8791.
 

Notification at least 48 hours prior to the meeting will enable the District to make reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to the Board Meeting and to provide any required accommodations, auxiliary aids or services.”
